Nothing of note really happened today, just chilled out and went on the bike in the afternoon at a smooth pace. My legs and butt definitely felt the workout from yesterday so that’s a good thing. I’m going to do a couple more of those legs days before my next run I think.

Lunch – Scramble Eggs
Dinner – Bacon and Mushroom Risotto
Snacks – Seaweed, plums, bowl of grain start cereal
