It’s official 2 weeks and not a single beer. Pretty chuffed to be honest, but it’s just the start of the journey and there’s a long way to go yet. I got on the bike again and it went good, my thighs were burning for the first 35 minutes though due to the leg strengthening exercises from 3 days earlier! Which just shows how well that 1 session worked. Gotta do more of those as I’m hoping that’ll be a turning point for my knee.
